Right now the PS3 is cheap, it has a very well known and respected name aswell. I see no reason why the 360 would outsell it seeing how most hardcore gamers already bought their console. I think the PS3 is now cashing in big on the mainstream gamers who are done with the Wii. If Natal isn't a success then the PS3 mght actually make good on SOny's promise that it would be a console that would win on the long run. Ofcourse if Nintendo releases a new console and Microsft a while later aswell then it shouldnt really count to ''winning'' anything as it's just being bought by people for the few games htey missed. We'll have to wait and see but this generation could end quite interesting.

Iv been on vgchartz since may 2008,are the 360 guys really leaving vgchartz cause that sucks to know because I have  been active alot more the past month and knowing that alot of them are leaving kinda sucks to know.

Well I've never been modded here and I pretty much say what I want.  And, from what I've seen, these forums ARE very liberal with their modding.  I've seen more troll post here than on most that I frequent (which isn't a ton, to be honest).  But to keep harping on the Walmart deal and MW2 bundles and the COMPLETELY unconfirmed banning number IS trolling.  Last year it was the price cut being the only reason it outsold the PS3, now its these things.

The FACT is that the PS3 completely blew away its sales from November 2008 and its fans can't even celebrate that because they're too busy focusing on the 100k more that the 360 sold and trying to discredit it.  Yeah, it makes these forums annoying and floods threads with non-constructive discussion.

Others have stated that 360 fans are leaving these forums in droves.  That would really be a shame.

It wasn't even a direct insult just a general one and completely warrented considering the topic of discussion... I have issue with several of the mods here... someone can get banned for saying something off topic in one forum, but no one bans the guys who keep bringing up GT5 in the Forza 3 post.  That's where people get the biased idea from though the mods are for the most part impartial when doing their job... and I stress for the most part.

do any Americans honestly give a shit about sales overseas? i couldn't care less if Microsoft pulled out of Europe and japan. i also hate playing with foreigners...always laggy as hell.

I see what he means and it's not about the positive news stories for other consoles being posted but how most 360 threads especially ones which have positive news about the 360 or MS are hijacked by PS fanboys but if you can't see it then maybe you are one of them he's talking about, or maybe you should look at the quoted comment above as just one small example.
