hi everyone i recently purchased Pure along with Lego Batman, for cheap and i liked the lego game a lot. Are the older lego games, the star wars, and indiana jones games just as good? are they worth a buy?

They are very well made for what they are. I have played a few and never noticed any major changes in quality. If you like Lego Batman then it is probably worth trying out the earlier titles as well.

I have only played Lego Star Wars, but that was pretty epic. I mean, it's Lego Star Wars!

My brother owns Lego: Star Wars, Batman and Indiana Jones. They all have the same basic game play. There are just minor differences like Star Wars having the force etc.

The general idea is if you saw the films/read the comics and/or books, you should be able to follow these games quite well and appreciate them for their quirky take of them. You didn't, you'll probably have a hard time liking them.

I played the Star Wars and it was really fun.

Its a simple and fun game. Very little story (you should know it anyway) and it still manages to be funny too.

I suggest getting the new Lego Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues.

the star wars one is great....indiana jones not so much. apparently they made it better in the new release, but i dont trust them.

I'm against everyone but... at least the wii & 360 versions are really anoying to play, the only Lego I like is the ds Indiana Jones

My kids love 'em and I find them cute and oddly fun to complete. You do need to get into the vibe of their feel though, which is very light, half pastiche and half homage, and aimed squarely at being easy and accessible.
