But but but... I thought MS paid off everyone.

Now maybe some posters will learn that not every acclaim that MS gets is bought.

The show was dominated by multiplat games up until this point.

I get the feeling your post centers around a red herring used to attack people that aren't even this thread.

Hmmm, sorry, no.

I was referring to this insightful post by Kamal...

"So what about best PS3 game?

They probably left that out! Now I know how this show is swinging, right to microsoft's endless pockets."

I don't know whether your overlooking of his post was intentional or not, but it remains reguardless.  If my post is guilty of red herring, yours is guilty of ad hominem.  Frankly, I haven't had much issue with your posts on this site (usually very reasonable), but I am tired of MS constantly being accused of buying every award they get by fanboys who have some vendetta against MS.  As for your insinuations of my bias, well, I'll leave you to your own thoughts.

I was trying to bring humour in, looks like that didn't work!

Humour on VGchartz?

Actually, if that was your intent, then I will happily admit that I didn't get the sarcasm.  Honest discussion is my goal, and I am not afraid to admit and  move on from misunderstandings to get it.  However, you were not the only person to state that MS bought everything off, just the easiest for me to find.

Please understand that I do not and will not own a 360, and I would fight just as hard if someone was saying those things about Nintendo or Sony.  I just grow tired of people constantly attributing every little good thing that happens to the 360 as moneyhatting.  The way I see it now on these forums if something bad happens to 360, it's Microsoft's fault.  If something good happens, it's Microsoft's money.  Far be it for the 360 to win ANYTHING on its own merits.

Then, for someone to accuse me of employing logical falacies - in this case - a red herring - with fallacious logic of their own to try and make the problem about me instead of about the constant fanboyism that put me on edge enough to post in the first place... well that's just wrong.

Thanks for clarifying, and have a plesant day!
