Think about it for a second. What's better:

- making money now, or
- making people like Ghazi4 get interested in Halo now because of this good offer, so they may buy the next installations as well?

Random game thought :
Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

Watch my insane gameplay videos on my YouTube page!

If MS are going to sell Natal for less than £50, bundling a game that is a money train is not going to make the accountants very happy.

No, but, it'll turn that game that's not a huge system seller into a huge system seller... if every copy of Halo: Reach came with Natal then it would ensure a very large entry base for the add-on and that's what really important.  However this is it coming with Natal... so while it's only worded slightly different it makes a big difference.

Then NATAL would end up pretty expensive, and/or it would cannibalise a lot of Halo Reach sales.

Basically, not a good move.

I actually think it would be a good move. The whole package can be priced higher. It might damage Halo Reach's sale number but it's a good way to get NATAL in people's homes. It's Halo after all and it will sell a fair amount of copies.

Also, if Sony can sell PS3 at a huge loss for its launch, MS can afford to basically give NATAL away with Halo Reach.

MikeB predicts that the PS3 will sell about 140 million units by the end of 2016 and triple the amount of 360s in the long run.
