Dude when has tri-Ace ever released a SO game without new characters? SO1&2 welch SO3 Adray& Mirage, SO4 Elena/Crowe/welch...on the site another character slot has opened

I think that scan shown means Eleyna is definitely the 13th character, although it doesn't guarantee she is a playable one.

On the scan is says "New" next to both Sarah & Eleyna, clearly Sarah isn't new - but she, nor Eleyna hasn't been revealed yet on the official site while the others, Bacchus etc have.
