aaarghgh now i remember we dont have suikoden 6 yet. this gen sucks so much :(

But when we have S6 and Persona 5 announced, if they're for the same console, we'll know what console was the true winner of the generation

That won't be the PSP

Well, P5 is pretty much assured, now Konami needs to get it together and announce the damned S6 with Yoshitaka Murayama directing for it and I'll be the happiest person in the universe

Did they announced it for PSP? Or you're just wishing that?

eso quisieras zexen piraton . pero no creo que lo hagan tiene mas sentido para 360 y ps3 . hay mucha menos piracy en esas consolas .

^ Hahahah

I have beaten S2 more than any other game since Crystalis on the NES. This game truely lived up to the amazing gameplay/story telling of the first (so did S3). For the life of me tho, I cannot decide which one is my favorite, 3 or 2. Either way, I love all things Suikoden.

Yeah, me too, I never replay RPGs, and yet I've beaten S2 4 times. Heck, I've replayed every Suikoden to get the best ending, even S4 which wasn't as good I played it twice to get the 108 stars ending

Suikoden I and II. Among the best games ever. Hope the 2nd installment makes it to the psn.

And I also need Persona 5 and Suikoden 6. Badly.

Looking forward to: FF Versus XIII / LBP2 / The Last Guardian / Yakuza 4 / ICO Collection

I liked S4.  Maybe not as much as the others in the series, but it was still a good game.  I equate it to Crono Cross.  If it wasnt called Crono, it would have gotten a much better reception than it did (I loved it).  And for S6, bring back the TRINITY SIGHT SYSTEM!  Holy shit was it awesome.

Indeed it was. As a Suikoden it had a lot of flaws, but it still managed to be better and more engrossing than 90% of the RPGs out there. And Snowe, he was an awesome character, even if a lot of the cast was mediocre, Snowe was totally awesome and very well developed

The first one is better. It is availabe for PSN

Snowe is probably one of the most realistic character in any jrpg I can think of off the top of my head.  He just gushes the human condition so well its amazing.  Through every playthrough of 4, I feel sorry for him yet understand his actions completely.  Its crazy!  Good job Konami.

In Suikoden 6, they need to bring back George from S2 and S5.  Besides the main characters, I think he is my favorite (talk about bad ass, especially in 5)

well there are two parts of the game that I really loved. First, I love how at certain points in the game it gives you the option to run away. The game really gives an emotional impact and weight to this decision. For example, if you run away in the Neclord area (can't remember the region name right now) you will be presented with several situations in which your army members sacrifice themselves to save you on your escape. If you stayed and faught they would have never died. This gives players a consequence for their actions and I love it.

However, the very best part of the game is the end confrontation between Jowy. How you meet up at the spot where you got separated... poetic, beautiful, amazing. There is no game that has been made since that can stand next to Suikoden 2...

Oh, I forgot about Hai You and the moon bird recipe. Best sub plot in a game EVER!!!!!
