On topic this games soundtrack is top 5 all time on my list. The best song in the game I think is "Grandia Theme"

Followed closley by "Town Of Palm"

Grandia Xtreme is the only Grandia game I have not played. Always look for it at gamestores.

I seem to recall more Grandia 2's music, despite playing it before Grandia 1.

I have yet to try Xtreme and 3, but from what I hear, it seems that I'm not really missing much.

I would say give 3 a shot. It has imo the best combat system of any RPG. The story is lacking but the gameplay makes up for it.

Grandia 2 battle theme was EPIC!!!

Well I can't really try them since it was never released in Europe. My PS2 is too old and lens are crappy so I can't mod it to play imports, my friends already modded PS2 hardly reads anything and my PC is too weak.

Trust me, as much as I hear bad things about it, I really want to try it.
