i dont think its ever coming out in english language, so unless you are fluent in japanese you cant play it.

OH, seriously they need to come out with that game on some of the next gen consoles. That was one of my favorite games on the dreamcast. I would buy that game in a heartbeat if they brought it out on xbox 360.
