Rather than picking something that may already have been named 5 to 15 times already in this thread, I'm going with Pokemon Platinum. I've played it for over 100 hours and I still can't get enough. Also, it's a testament to how much I love the series after playing the games for over 10 years.

Pixel Art can be fun.
