8.1 - were it not for the community it would've been 7.8. I think I enjoyed what the community made (customizations, drift videos, etc.) more than playing the actual game.
Pros:
-Large feature set
-Excellent visual and under the hood customization and tweaking
-Great physics
-Good amount of content and lots of support
-The community
-Good sound work (and music)
Cons:
-Gameplay just wasn't exciting. This is the most important factor of a game that requires such a great commitment
-Tracks were very sterile and boring - didn't help the fun factor
