It has amazing sales (3 mil +) and is still selling well. So.....I would say yes, it is selling as expected and beyond.

It's not quite living up to my expectations, but I had expectations of things being executed a little different in the launch of the title.

First Forza 3 and now ODST, are you kidding me ?

Now I'm gonna go and make few threads about UN2, Resistance 2, killzone 2 etc. underperforming and not living up to expectations...

Yes ODST is is selling to my expectations, a little higher actually.

Now Halo 3 thats beyond expectations, it will most likely be about 11.5 mill by the time reach comes out and will most likely sell 12-12.5 million LTD.

The amount of profit made from this game is most likely insane. Yeah, I think it did as well as expected.

With the general tag of "expansion pack" applied to this game I was looking towards 35-50% of the sales of the parent game. The way ODST is selling right now it has almost passed the 35% mark and can certainly achieve the 50% mark. Therefore it is probably doing better than I expected, given it is likely to get very close to or over the high end of my sales range.

Why is anyone questioning the sales performance of Forza 3? It's sales at week 5 are slightly above Forza 2's sales at week 23. I'd say F3 is killing F2 in sales to date and there is no reason to think it won't significantly outsell F2 lifetime. What else does anyone expect from this game?
