That's pretty damn good... not even close to Dark Knight's 13 million first week but definitely quite respectable. People did love this movie.

I thought transformers sold 7 million or so? I'm pretty sure it had a bigger first week overall.



Farm, not according to the-numbers. Transformers has sold ~8 million as of now.

Of course, I'm assuming we're talking US sales, and Star Trek sold 5.7 million in the US, which the numbers track.
