U2 are great, also the only band ive so far been to see live (cardiff millenium stadium 2005, they were superb)

I thought theyre latest album was a bit of a mixed bag though

"They will know heghan belongs to the helghast"

"England expects that everyman will do his duty"

"we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender"

wtf i just posted 2 videos

Yeah, I didnt like their new album as much as the other ones, but I havent listened to it carefully, maybe some songs will make me love them after I listen to them more.

U2 came to chile in 2005 I think, but when I said "ok, Im going to buy a ticket" they were too expensive, something like $300, so I didnt go. The only important bands that Ive been to see live are Radiohead and Keane, both this year.

I love the Jackson 5, but I've been more partial to their ballads. Two of my favourite are Ben and Who's Lovin' You (absolutely brilliant Smokey Robinson cover)

And I can't post in an open music thread without including David Bowie. Here's a relatively recent performance of Ashes to Ashes:

The Strokes

Reptilia

Razorblade

lol...i guess i'm not allowed to post in here. i mainly listen to rap, r&b and pop chick stuff as you put it.

Not a 360 fanboy, just a PS3 fanboy hater that likes putting them in their place ^.^
