Ubisoft announced they have sold 1.6 million units of Assassin's Creed II for PS3 and 360 worldwide since its launch. The weekly sales was 32% higher than the first game. Sorry if this is old news.

 

 



Not a 360 fanboy, just a PS3 fanboy hater that likes putting them in their place ^.^

You would assume the 360 sold the most. But I'm curious to see how the PS3 sales compare this time.

Feeling the PS3 will be higher, due to the exclusive marketing campaign Sony has with Ubisoft.

Saw the Assassins Creed 2 commercial and with the " PS3: Now 299$, it only does everything" at the end of the commercial and no 360 logos.

If I my memory serves me right, the Resident Evil 5 ads had the Xbox 360 at the end. Still winnng on the PS3.

Also, I saw plenty of Assassin's Creed 2 commercials that mention the 360.

when? I though AC2 was advertised exclusivly for the Ps3. OT - 900-950k 360 650-700k Ps3.

Nope. There's a commercial that shows the high review scores and at the end they have the 360 and PS3 games next to each other.

Perhaps it depends on what channel you watch. Adult Swim for example only shows the PS3 commercials.

Edit: Also during the last UFC PPV. They played a trailer that promoted the 360 and PS3 releases. So the PS3 doesn't have all the advertising.
