I would say in COD4 the weapons felt more realistic, they had a sense of weight to it and another thing the weapons had that thump sound (power behind it) to them specially like the M16 and the shotgun.
In MW2 the weapons feel more lighter like in World at War and instead of that thump sound from COD4 they have more of a cling, cling loose bolts and nuts sound to it.
I hate you cant choose the shotgun as your primary weapon now and as a person that used the shotgun in a sniper friendly map or on every map the shotgun is much slower and don't sound nor feel the same as in COD4 ..
A lot of ppl are hating on the maps just because they can't camp as much as they use too like in COD4..
One thing I like to do is sneak behind somebody that been camping and tap on their back and when they turn around they don't know what hit them ....lol
I give Cod4 weapons an edge for better sound and feel to it.
MW2 as a whole is a greater game.
Oh... I play for MP reasons only..
