man every1s going crazy with these war shooter games theres like a whole bunch of them as of late guess there looking at how the cod games sell

commercial looked good and 2k can get the job done they had the best nfl games back in the day

Another game that's in the desert and that there's a warfare. Shooters are really getting really generic towards the settings.

What were you guys expecting? Shooters sell well, and war games sell even better.
Pretty soon there will be a war game a month thanks to Modern Warfare 2. It's set new sales expectations and every company is gonna jump on that wagon.



It's just that simple.

No they didn't. That was Sega. Every NFL 2K all the way up until ESPN NFL 2K5 were published by Sega when they owned Visual Concepts. Take Two Interactive purchased them after that game got released. The only football game Visual Concepts created when they became 2K Sports was All-Pro Football 2K8, and that game was a massive disappointment.
