And I dont panic, I have a 3 year warranty on my Elite and have had consoles freeze on me hundreds of times over the years :)

There are patterns to the freezing and it has nothing to do with ventillation. I notice my 360 is prone to freezing when a lot is going on on screen, for example it froze when I was playing MW2 with grenades, RPGs and Noob Tubes everywhere in a very small area. I noticed my PS3 froze all the time when I was using my web browser and messaging at the same time.
