Well have you at least checked, because my friend swore to me that his weren't on either and he went and looked and they were on.

Did you get your Xbox before you were 18?

The only thing I'm seeing from searching around for people having the same trouble are people with parental controls set and someone who got their 360 before they were 18 but they are now 18 but still counted as a child for some reason so they can't get the app.

well i had an issue a while back (after i turned 18) but the parental controls were never on as its MY 360

Yeah, but when you registered your account (stonj gamertag) did you put in your real birthday and were you under 18?

If so, the 360 still might think you're under 18 and won't show you the apps.  It doesn't appear to be anything with you setting any controls, it does it automatically.

You should check the net your not the only one with this problem; and the solution the most gave was the one of Twesterm

i was under 18 at the time yes, as i said ive had a problem where it didnt let me sign in till i put in a new email account of which is over 18 which is the account set to the 360.

Sometimes getting a partially-trained hourly-worker to schlep to their manager with your problem helps...?
