Yes that is an insane 4-month period, especially considering it is the first four months of the year!

Fortunalety I have a good job so I can afford to buy all the games I want and support this industry. My worry is that some games will not see sales as high as they deserve because of the stiff competition.

no love for Darksiders? damn this game looks way cooler than Dante's Inferno or GoW3 but didn't get attention it deserves. seriously, true hack & slash(not Dante's Inferno or GoW3 pseudo H&S thing) with huge open world, Blizzard-type colorful artstyle and direction, rpg elements and Mark Hamill - how can this go wrong? this will be definitely one of the most underrated ps360 games and litle gem.
the only games i will pick up in first half of 2010 will be Darksiders, Bayonetta, Dragon Age, Fallout 3 GOTY, Saboteur and Alan Wake.

from all Q1 games i will definitely pick up later when they will be cheaper:

Tropico 3(especially that developer have announced that he will bring user created missions and whole campaigns to xbl),

I highly doubt that all those games in the OP would be launched in the first 4 months of 2010. More likely they will be launched over 2010 and a few may not be released in 2010 due to delays.
Games most wanted on that list: Splinter Cell: Conviction, Mass Effect 2 and Bioshock 2.
I might consider: Alan Wake, Heavy Rain, God of War 3 and Crackdown 2.
Biggest games on the list: Final Fantasy XIII and Gran Turismo 5.

Mass Effect 2 ? It`s January`s Most Wanted,so...no,I haven`t forgotten about it

Halo Reach,Fable 3,Natal and Gears 3 are nice,but...what happens in these 4 months is a wallet disaster

But what games do you want? I will buy Mass Effect 2, Alan Wake, Bioshock 2 and Dante`s Inferno and Mafia 2 because i still like strong AAA single player games. Some co-op will be nice thou.

I don't know when Trauma Team will come out, and I expect The Grinder to hit in June (or near there) and this is only the 1st for months.

I also agree with Superchunk that we'll either see Galaxy or Other M, but I'm not sure which.

to each their own, but I actually expect 100% of the games I listed for Wii to actually release. I can't say the same for the other 2 systems. To top it off, I wouldn't be shocked to have a few pleasent suprises from Nintendo.

renting just about everything else available on PS3 if it gets good reviews. Darksiders and Mafia II are looking good also.

A killer first half for sure when you throw in what could come in the 5th and 6th months. Most of my yearly budget will be spent already.

Tatsunoko vs Capcom, No More Heroes 2 and possibly Red Steel 2 for the Wii

Final Fantasy XIII, Bioshock 2,  Splinter Cell Conviction and Super Street Fighter IV for the 360. Rumored to release those months is Alan Wake and Castlevania Lord of Shadows. I think Ghost Recon 4 will probably be summer/fall. I'm probably going to get Blur as well.

I'll still have to get Borderlands and Forza 3 from 2009, tho I might grab Forza 3 if Amazon matches Toys R US Blackfriday price of $35.
