I think the 360 had a strong last week. Maybe about 300k (with over 200k from the States). But it will be a close race with the PS3 with some advantage for the PS3 (strong Japanese-sales)....
360 sales might go down a bit this week but will rebound next week with the gift cards offered by the retailers.

This is my optimistic (best case) prediction... the other (worst case): 265k, 310k and 490k (360, PS3 and Wii).

It WAS a cemented week long deal everywhere. So long as that Walmart received 360's during that time period, you could get the deal. All the Walmarts were still doing the deal, just not all of them got new shipments by the sound of things. Though I find that hard to believe. As I have found out from my own research, living in a modest sized city of 200k, the Walmarts there all received at least one more shipment throughout the week, and some received 2-3 shipments.
I guess we are just arguing the fine print of "while supplies last". The deal itself went till the 13th everywhere. It just depended on if your Walmart got more supply.

it will be the closest week for ps360 for the rest of the year well maybe again for BF it would of been diff story if the ps3 had a walmart deal and mw2 bundle so its not really a fair fight

If 360 is less than PS3 this week then expect more aggressive discounting of the 360 perhaps even outside the USA.
It's been said that MS are willing to give away this holiday period to PS3 to keep their eye on the longer term goal. But anyone with a competitive mindset will not be able to bring themselves to accept defeat during the highest sales period of the year and despite what might have been said previoulsy they will act to try to gert ahead of their closest rival.

This week will see a slight rise in hardware sales but will still be behind PS3 and a long way behind Wii. Nothing new to see here
