I can't decide which model I should get for Christmas. My sister is getting me a 360 for Christmas but I don't know which model to buy. I heard the Arcade is pretty good but it could have some problems and I've heard the exact same thing about the Pro model.

Which model would you recommend?

Btw, feel free to recommend me some good FPS games I should purchase.

Get the arcade because the pro has a hardrive and it make the xbox heavier.

Well, the arcade only comes with a 256mb built in memory card, theres some great classic FPS games coming to xbox live arcade soon (games like Perfect Dark N64, Serious sam HD & Doom 2: Hell on earth) and theres already great FPS games on there too like Doom and Duke Nukem 3D.

The best choice without a shadow of a doubt is the pro purely because if you intend on buying any live arcade games you will need the space in order to download these classic shooters.

On the retail front.......... Exclusive FPS games i have played on 360 and my personal score for them..........

Halo 3...... 9.5 (An absolute classic that just keeps giving and giving, unrivalled support from bungie and maps released regularly)

Prey......... 8.9 (a truly underrated game, lots of fun elements like walking up walls, cool weapons and a lengthy campaign)

Quake 4........ 8.5 (sure, theres occasional slowdown, but this game is fun fun fun, responsive controls, again cool weapons, fast slick changing between weapons and a long campaign)

Frontlines: fuel of war.......... 7.5 (not a bad game, lots of gadgets to use and control like mini helicopters and mini vehicles that explode, downside....... no one plays multiplayer anymore, kinda clunky controls)

Get the Elite. you can be pretty sure it has the jasper chipset and it comes with a 120GB HDD.

I could recommend you the Modern Warfare 2 bundle.

@DirtyP2002, I only want to buy a 360 model that's 200 bucks. Btw, I want to buy ODST and MW2 but I really don't want my sister to spend over 300 dollars on everything. I think I will just buy MW2 and get ODST later.

You will want an Elite so you can install games to your HDD, It will make it almost as silent as a PS3.

I can't get the elite its 300 dollars plus MW2 together makes it 360 dollars. My sister doesn't have that much money.

then grab the pro if its still around, it should be 250 dollars.

well the pro is still around for $250 and has 60gb hdd
the arcade is a good one but no hdd makes it a non choice
at the end u are gonna end up buying the hdd and they are overpriced
so its ur call

@otoniel, I could 've swore they just drop the prices of these models. The 360 pro and arcade is 200 dollars and the elite is 300 dollars.
