I own a PS3, a PSP and a Gaming PC...

let me tell you my opinion:

XBox360

+ Cheaper

+ Good Exclusives

+ Gears of War and Halo

- Online gaming costs money

- 50% Failure

- Not a lot of exclusives

- I play some of it's exclusives in my PC =D

PS3

+ The Exclusives are awesome and there a lot more of them

+ God of War and Uncharted franchises

+ Free online gaming

+ Blu-ray

- Price $$$

I think that the mainly thing you should consider are the exclusives, they are the ones whch made me buy a PS3 and I'm very happy, although I'm still waiting to play Gears 2 and Fable 2... =/

Check the features of both, and see the exclusives that fit your taste.

As for what tuscaniman said, it's true that if you're a shooter fan, you should go with a 360. But there's plenty of USA PSN players, so don't worry too much about that.

I think it's obvious which one is cheaper.

Yeah,you should keep in mind that the 360 isnt cheaper.

And Ps3 has some badass titles too,Metal Gear Solid,Resistance,Killzone,Uncharted...just to name a few.

You cant go wrong with it.And im not telling you anything biased.

Its all a matter of taste
