It has some truth to it one of the reasons modern warfare 2 is pretty high on ps3 and 360 is because a lot of ppl on the 360 got banned from xbox live right after plyin cod online early ofcourse, idiots......but that is the truth.......almost everyone i kno including myself have a xbox 360 and ps3 and about 90% of us have our 360 consoles moded and mynes ain't moded yet cuz i recently got it and i am kinda scared it's gna rrod right after modding and i'm gna ave to buy one again when i can just use the warranty.....so all my friends including myself decided to get this game on the ps3 cuz first of all most of them r banned and we all wanna play together so the banning did help software sales but i do not know abt hardware as ppl with moded xbox's usually spend alot of money on accesoories n stuff and once invested into a system u tend to stick to it other than buyin a whole new type of set

Its funny how both the Wii and 360 have pirate problems but they sell softwares with ease. While the PS3 doesn't even have a pirate issue and they can't sell on the same level as the Wii and 360.

My friends xbox just got banned. Now he must decide when to buy another 360 or if he wants to switch to PS3 finally.

most of those people are so "poor" that they will just pick up another 360 week later. it's ridiculous since you can get 360 and games for everyone. even in my country you can pick up great older games for 5-15$ and still have loads of fun. so i can't understand why anyone would pirate games, but those people usually use torrents more than their 360s - i know many pirates and they are all the same: they download like every possible 360 game(even crappy ones and they finish none of them) cause "games are too expensive" and yet they had money for 360 premium, sound system and 300-400$ lcd monitor:/

Or maybe to just stop stealing.
