na, I've seen better with PS3 exclusives if you just want to count consoles, I do think they did a good job with the mood of the visuals, but I dare them change those pine trees into something like Apple trees ^^

Dont think so buddy. Only Heavy Rain has better characters. But then Alan Wakes character clothing is more detailed. So what if it's dark. KZ2 was dark and one colour yet people crowned it!!!!

Visually, this is the closest to CGI in 'gameplay' Ive seen. And as I have said I bet my sig and avatar for a year that Alan Wake takes the console graphics crown with reviewers. But then again VGChartz wont accept that. The same way 10+ reviewers said MW2 was better than KZ2 and that was argued by users to.

@ PSRock. Take my bet. I'm so sure. It's pretty obvious. And it has another 5 months of polish. Youtube comments are pretty stupid on the video, most of them saying it's better than Crysis. Lighting yes, the rest well thats a tall order.

I've been paying attention to the character models since the begining of public showings of this game, they are not very good overall compared to a lot of other games, all the game play footages I've seen so far are dark environments with nice polished light sources(and moving pine trees lawl,) not even the cars from this game look that good so far, reminds me a lot of how riddick worked back in the xbox days.

MW2 is better in which area vs KZ2 btw? I personally didn't like how KZ2 controlled but I think the game looks better visually, on consoles(I did return KZ2 ya know? not a big fan of it, though I do think it looks nice, for a console game.) KZ2 is also nowhere near as dark as this game from what I've seen so far. Anyways, as far as console exclusives go( since a PC version has not been confirmed yet,) I think UC2, GoW3 Demo, Heavy Rain, GT5, all look better than this game visually, but I think the point of this game is more about the mood, so I'm thinking Riddick XBOX a lot.

@ Dahuman. Yeah visually reviewers said MW2 > KZ2. Quite a number of them to. And quite alot of people agree. Just the usual PS3 fans that are like bububub thats not possible. It's our awesome visual exclusive. In fact it is so bad from PS3 fans if you go to Metacritic the user scores by PS3 fanboys have gone to horrible lows. They have gone round rating the game a zero on any 360 or PS3 site for COD 4 MW2. Always mentioning the visuals and saying the game sucks. It's sad. I guess to many bought into Sony's hype at the start about power.
