I really, really hope that a non-main heroine gets the hero this time. The fact that the title of the series has the name of heroine doesn't help for those odds though >.<

To me, the most interesting characters are:

Nagato, Koizumi, Future Mikuru

 

Nagato for her character development and just huggability, and the other two for their mysteriousness and potential bad ass, super mind antagonist twist (Future Mikuru trying to preserve her existence, Koizumi actually being insanely in love with his "godess")
