I would say FFX because that was my favorite but FFX already look pretty damn good so my pick would also be FFVIII!!!!!!!!!!

ffX was already well represented i believe, i think the original PS1 FF's would look really great with a HD Upgrade, I personally would not re-visit FF 1-6 as they have been remade several times before.

I would go FF7... for 2 main reasons.

1) I don't care about remakes so i may as well pick the one i think would sell best.

2) I think if remade FF6 would lose a lot of the charm and humor the original block figures provided... just as FF seemed to have lost a lot of charm when they made said transition. How would some of those scenes with hilarious over dramatic jumps and movements play out the same?


The other game I might like to see remade. Final Fantasy 2.

It's leveling system had promise... it was just executed poorly. I'd like to see it reworked.

I think FFV and VI deserve DS or PSP re-makes.

If you are going to re-make one of them in HD, it has to be FFVII. It would only make sense. It is the best selling Final Fantasy title. There's already been like four spin-offs, all of which have been successful and turned a profit Not to mention FFVII is by far the best game ever created. An HD remake would destroy practically every game that has come out this generation.

Final Fantasy VI (or IV)

For one very good reason, my memories and likes of FFVII, FFVIII and IX should remain in that format. If I want a remake of those game they'll have to be the same down to the prerendered scenes to walk around in while VI and IV I only played later on emulator or PS1 relaunches so I don't have the same ties to them. A graphical upgrades for the immense stories would be great.
