Not to get too off topic here, but I wonder if the A10 thing is going to be like the bombing runs from 1943. I hope that they start giving more information of Battlefield 3 where we can fly planes again.
Based on reviews from various major US gaming websites, yes of course it can only disappoint.
But my expectations weren't too high (like for GTA IV) to begin with, so I find it a good worthwhile game while neglecting the hype.
IMO it does seem marketing budgets somehow effects scores (Gears, GTA IV, Halo 3), while it shouldn't be.
im only dissapointed in the fact that first of all the trophys wernt workin and it wouldnt let me join my friends partys, now they have fixed the trophys but online wont work atall. thsi is a joke. and better all be fixed by weekend.
I'm not disappointed by it, but if I was madly hyped for it then I probably would have been (which is usually the case for me for a lot of games).
I think the year off (with World at War) really helped in terms of killing my hype for this game, I was just glad that it's back.
But it is a little disappointing I suppose, but that's not entirely unexpected given the love people have for the first game. The single player is fun (which is the only part I've played so far), but I'm a little disappointed that it feels like one set piece moment after another and it's not really paced at all. Others have said, and I agree, that it felt like IW thought of what things would be awesome in a sequel and then worked a story around that.

It kills it with EASE, not sure what planet your living on but it certainly isn't this one....
bear in mind the reviewers of relfex are "hardcore sit in your bedroom all day" pad guys and i dont want to be seen dead with a wiimote. The controls to reflex are IMO fantastic and so easy to control. It's just too fiddly with a pad
