Wow, that had been the serious topic of conversation. Some friends going off to midnight launches, lack of sleep even some skipping school to play that damn thing. I still haven't got my copy yet and will probably not get it since its already 6pm here. If I do get it hopefully add Tensai-Shonen (PS3 Ver),  what a profound impact MW2 had this will probably last for the rest of the week.

If I said a video game would of been a topic of main conversation these days, I would of been laughed at 20 years ago.

Congratulations to Activision (err maybe) and ultimately a giant stride for gaming history.

I think Halo 3's launch was bigger

I don't really remember anyone talking about Halo compared to MW2.

We'll see in a week when the numbers come out. I think MW2 is moving past Halo 3.

This is nothing new. GTA4, Halo 3 all had similar launches if not bigger...
