In the end it is all about know-how. Valve don't has the know-know to support Wii or PS3.

The Xbox360 is a dumped down PC and you can use the same programmer Tools for both.

It is a pity that some people at Valve want to hide the absence of know-how by saying bad things about PS3 and Wii.

Valve are a games developer and to be honest, it's totally inappropriate for them sprouting trash talk of this ilk for any console or hardware platform. It's just stupid PR. In fact, it's just plain old dumb.

The way I see it is that maybe the Sony boys like you should just shutup. Of course people who don't get their games on their platform are going to try and find reasons why it's not on there. Other PS3 exclusive developers like Insomniac don't gather the same animosity for the developer from the 360 community, and why is that? Pretty simple, the people who like the Xbox 360 console don't carry such an inferiority complex.

Why - so sensitive? If you truly think I am a fanboi then that's your call. But to react like you just did is just rude. What's with the aggro, what's with the complete disprespect and adversarial, over the top reaction? And I am a fanboi? Am I also been singled out here? It's not like I make 10 pointless comments a day. I make maybe on average one comment a day. I have been on this forum for quite some time and it is strange as you seem to be the only one gleaning "fanboism" in every rare comment I make, you seem to be the only one taking offence and reading into fanboism that's just not there. I try to use emotes when appropriate. For grace, I will try to please you more and not write stuff that might cause this reaction :)

Oh, and please tell me where I dissed the 360 in my post that you quoted. I was having a go at Valve.

Well since in my case everyone knows I am a Sony boy. Apparently I have to tread lightly so let me just say that I own a PC with a GTX260 card and that I have about 30 purchased games with my Steam account and that one of them is not L4D. Yes I don't really like some of the things Valve say but I am pretty pragmatic and still use Steam and buy games like Half Life 1/2.

As Squilliam has gleaned I am a "Sony boy" well all I can say is that maybe L4D just doesn't appeal to me and if I did want it, I would want it on PC anyway.

Being the Sony Boy I am must explain why I have the Marantz amp in my home theatre after ditching the retard Sony amp I had for 2 years because at the time it was the only one I could afford. I abhor Sony products in the audio field. God forbid, I'd get an iPod before I ever got a Sony MP3 player.

The 2 main reasons why I got a PS3? One, it was a give away with the Bravia TV and at the time it was a good deal. Two, I am quite heavily into my home theatre and wanted the PS3 for as much that reason as for a game console.

For the record, I hate any big corporation but like all the drones I still buy their shit. I bought a copy of Win 7 Pro the other day :(
