It's not. You have no clue what you are talking about. Intruding, or violations is something that is forced upon or takes away someones rights by force. In what way does this take away rights or intrudes by force? You agree when you sign up, nearly ALL privacy polacy's are the same. Youtube, google, facebook, 360, ps3, fuck read forum PPs, and even your banks. YOU AGREE TO IT. Don't want to agree to it? Don't use PSN. It's that fucking simple.
