That would be Halo 3: ODST, and it's got enough content to be considered a full game (even though you're better off selling Halo 3 if you didn't buy the expansions).

Well, there's a huge difference between a spin-off and an expansion.

Halo Wars is a fully realized game, so of course it's going to sell at full price!

And as for Killzone 2 deserving more, that would be flamebaiting, I'm afraid, since it has nothing to do with the topic at hand.
