Game informer is my favorite source for reviews, and so I would like to discuss what you all think their GOTY will be. Remember: score is the most important thing GI looks for in their GOTY pick. So I think it will be:

Uncharted 2.

I think this because:

• It is the only 10\10 from GI this year.
• MW2 hasn't been hyping me that much.

What do you think?

Because Uncharted 2 got a 10\10, only a game with a 10\10 can be GOTY

I think it should be Uncharted 2 but seeing the massive preorders gamestop has for MW2 and because Uncharted is a Sony platform exclusive, They will give the award to Modern Warfare 2.

Can't really decide GOTY when the year isn't over yet. I must say this does seem like a topic simply created to praise Uncharted 2 rather than to actually give an analytical account of the potential GOTY's from GI or any. Indeed creating something that is analytical and debatable in nature for the sole point of the conclusion is not logical.

As for GI I really have no idea what they will give GOTY nor am I really able to comment on what they will give it to. There are still a few games this year to come out and lots of potential from earlier on as well.

They don't review downloadable games. So I don't think that will happen

MW2 or L4D2 or UC2

Which ever company pays them the most :)
