I didn't like the game on PC. So this is a no buy, but It would be cool if they added something more... but they didn't

I don't have a Wii, but a friend of mine does so I play it almost all the time.

Never knew how low that is. Even most PSP games wouldn't be able to fit on there. So every game is under 40mb. Does that include the VC games?

Well I don't know if the technical spec would limit the VC as well, but I assume it does.

Regardless I don't believe VC games come close to crossing 40mb tho..

What's the excuse for games like Final Fantasy VII? Used it's $60 on up.

Lair is still $60 dollars. Halo 3 is still $60.

The game is 15 months old. Not only that, but it's never been on the PSN.

Last I checked, FF VII is $15 or something on PSN.  Halo 3 is $30 to $40 at many places online.  Lair is $11 to $29 many places online.  All new.

Braid is still 1200 MS ($15 US) on XBL. Don't see anything wrong with this being $15 on PSN. So as long as Jonathan Blow is content with sales, it's not going any lower. That's capitalism for you.

I'm sure there are but this game hasn't aged in 15 months and it would be stupid to sell it cut price to appease people who wouldn't buy it on PC or 360.  The game still looks beautiful and the gameplay mechanisms are still unique and the mesage as new as ever.  I hardly think your argument holds much water if the only excuse is it's a older title.  It's your loss anyway if you don't play it.

You are right, Halo 3, Lair and Final Fantasy VII are all terribly overpriced and should only cost $10 at most. They are even older games than Braid so they should cost less than Braid. Because they haven't been on other platforms, they should have dropped their price even more (no cost for porting) so perhaps $5 would be even better price for them.

An amazing, amazing game. If you're a PS3 owner and you've stayed away from the spoilers/youtube videos, you are in for an experience that comes along very rarely in this day and age. If you're into this type of game, prepare to be blown away.
