@Onyx. So we know for sure that DEMO 1 >>>> Wii Sports, as PS1 Sold 100 Million. ( If DEMO 1 was bundeled wih ALL PS1's )

Sure, except that it wasn't. Sony switched demo discs seasonally or bi-annually. I can't remember which. They also sold demo discs back then in retail outlets under the moniker Playstation Underground. I'm sure if we existed back then, we would at least track the demo discs that were sold in retail locations.

Here's every official compilation demo disc I can recall Sony creating. Some of these were sold at retail. Others were packed in with the consoles. Some I believe were a combo of both.

Interactive CD Sampler Vol. 1-11
Jampack Vol. 1, Vol. 2, Winter '98, Summer '99, Winter '99, Summer 2K, Fall 2001
Welcome to the World of Playstation Ver. 1.5
UR Not E PSX Picks
Playstation Demo Disc Version 1.15, Version 1.3, Shock your System 1,2 and Winter '99, Spring 2000

To the first question, the Wii costs approximately $50 less in Japan and has been since launch. The only difference is that it doesn't have Wii Sports in it. You do the math. I'm not sure how things got affected since the recent price drop though.

I don't know that MS hasn't added $5 to the purchase of the hard drives. However, it would be unlikely since the price of the hard drives are at very desirable price points and don't have an odd $5 that seems merely tacked on. My point is that if Hexic HD was not packaged with a hard drive, would that drop the price of the Xbox 360 Pro, Elite and the standalone hard drives the applicable $5(or whatever price)? Doubtful. That is why I believe it's a freebie. However, if the Wii did not have Wii Sports packaged in, I fully believe it would have retailed for $199 at launch.

Different region pricing is a very flawed explaination.  Using that logic Americans must be getting the game free since Euro people with Wii/Wii Sports were paying more.

Don't Europeans pay more for everything?
