What did they say? They should give you the disc back, but there is a chance they might lose it and give you another game instead.

They said they'd take care of and/or repair the PS3, and even stated "If they can't fix it we will replace your 80GB model with the brand new recently announced PS3-SLIM, were' sure you've heard of it..."

WTF? They should replace it with a refurbished BC model. If they don't give you an 80GB BC model, complain to them. It's pretty rare, and one of the main features of your PS3.

yeah im going to call again tomrrow, but the man was very bitchy. what i sent i want it all back except fixed.
