What do you think it will be like? I know for the most part it would be better for this site but sometimes it gets interesting because people come up with proof to counter other people. What are your thoughts?

its hard cause there will always be fanboys but i think it keeps things intresting like imagine if we all just agreed all the time that would be boring and no fun

I bet that's the reason why we get so much info on this website because people are constantly look for fresh news

We are all fanboys in more or lesser degrees. The site would be quite barren.

If you mean fanboys who just say stuff because it suits them, I'd love to see the back of them. Anyone who ardently loves any one console but can talk sensible I have no problem with.

For example, despite having a PS3 but no 360 I have no trouble exchanging views with the many sensible 360 owners who post here, whereas I might easily find myself rolling my eyes at comments from a PS3 fanboy if they are biased.

Fanboys keep normal people on their feet. They make intelligent people find sources and spell out their reasoning's. Sure, you won't convince a fanboy of anything but other people reading learn a lot. Also, without fanboys heated debates won't really start.
