Well, this changes the situation for women. Instead of getting raped, the man will feel pain and when he realises what has happened will most likely kill the women. Great device right there....How i know the man will kill the women? Well simple, if your prepared to rape someone your prepared to do anything.

Also its a readily avalable murder weapon. A women could buy it freely claiming she needs it for rape protection and stab someone, its almost like a knife excpet nobody would suspect a thing.
