Two points... FFCC:TCB is released on a Saturday of all days, so the day of week matters little.

The biggest question... is this date (give or take a few days) for PS3 only, or also 360? It wouldn't surprise me if the 360 version has to wait a little longer...

Well, if it is NA/EU then it makes sense that's for both consoles, since the PS3 exclusivity is for japan only, and S-E has already said that they are releasing both versions at the same time.
