Just the other day on Uncharted 2, there were only 2 people left on my team during elimination and one of the guys saw an enemy, but had been using cover a little too effectively and did a double suicide with his rocket launcher.

We lost hard.

When somebody thinks they're smooth in Bomberman and they run around dropping bombs all over the map like crazy, only to accidentally completely surround themselves in bombs.

When somebody thinks they're smooth in Tetris and they stack all their tetriminoes all the way to the roof ready to pull off several combos in a row, only to miss and accidentally hit the roof.

When somebody thinks they're smooth in Mario Kart and they launch green shells all over the entire map, but they're the only one that gets hits.

I actually have another COD4 one, but this time i didn't die. It was team tactical search and destroy and i was the last one left. The bomb was planted and i was defending the bomb. it's a two on one right now. One enemy finds me and we shoot each other but i kill him in last stand with my desert eagle. Before i can reload the other guy pops up and i shoot and get a head shot and win the match in last stand. Possibly the best thing i have ever done in the game.

It has happpened to me on numerous occasions during BF1942 and 2 matches where I was alone on a spawnpoint with a tank. I keep hurling grenades to it, or sticky it with TNT but don't yet blow it up. Guy get's out before it does at which point I hop into the tank and fire away.

I've also once managed to get my enemy CoD4 team into a teamkilling Frenzy. I had sneaked into their main spawn and started a slaughterhouse. The enemy was gunning for me and grenades few all over. I died of course but all the random grenades and bullets resulted in quite a few teamkills. Undoubtedly some team-smacktalk followed because a minute later the whole enemy team was teamkilling eachother...

Really big fail...Uhm never really saw many....Most of them were just accidents (like shooting a rockets but end up killing themself because they shoot the ground/wall close to them.

Their are some funny stuff I encountered in Halo 3 though. People trying to break a turret to get the gatling gun in their hands but ends up walking to close to the turret that it falls a floor down where the enemies are.

There is a shit ton of fails on youtube in regards to Halo 3 multiplayer. Quite funny.
