While playing halo 3 i went to the bathroom. When i came back i saw the entire enemy team running towards me think i was afk. I then proceed to shoot all them with a shotgun, i still remember the screams:)

Someone stuck the warthog I was driving in Halo 3, it exploded, and I got launched through him for a splatter.

Metal Gear Online :

It was Rescue mission, and someone grabbed me in a headlock, which then was going to knock me out. Instead I got thrown to the floor, I still had like half my Psyche still. Then he threw me down again (this time it was just a throwdown, no headlock) and tried to stun knife me, missed. Then I got up, threw HIM down, stunned him and got a knife kill.
Thought it was pretty funny when I saw it, and a big fail on his part, letting me get away twice.

I got one, WaW:

In one of the tank levels I ran around an enemy tank and it couldn't kill me so the person got out then I got it and ran over them. I admit this has happened to me as well :P.

It happens to the best of us .

One time I was in a Sabatoge match in CoD4 and time was running out, it was me v3 others. I set claymores down in place and I ran over and fired in there area. I ran and they followed right into the claymores but I had to finish one of them off that was damaged. It was awesome.
