PS3 games are not pirated, but piracy for X360, Wii, DS, PSP and PC are found pirated in shopping malls in game stores that pay taxes. Piracy is legal here, you'd never be arrested or fined for piracy.

Venezuela is one screwed up country. Another problem is that the government has got money as well from the oil they have there, which makes it worse.
That's about as likely as me playing by somebody elses rules, which I would never do. I only play by my own rules, nobody elses...not even my own.
