This is my first interview of a PC gamer, his favorite games and mods are ArmA2, ArmA2 ACE mod, Civilization IV all expansions included.

Here we go!

Garnett "Have you head what they did to MW2"

Socomseal "No,although they most likely nerfed it"

Garnett "How do you feel about them making it for consoles instead of PC? Do you feel like the PC version is being "downgraded"?"

Socomseal "PC gamers are gamers too and they need ceartain needs met. Those needs include dedicated servers and mods. There is no point in PC gaming if its exactly the same as consles"

Garnett "Do you own a Xbox 360"

Socomseal "Nope"

Garnett "Why is that"

Socomseal "I got tired of all the idiots on XBL that you found through match making. I found that on the PC dedicated servers usally offered better gameplay."

Garnett "Some people say that most 360 games are on PC, Is that a possiblity why you do not own a Xbox 360?"

Socomseal "Yes, why own 360 games and put up with less than mature players when you could play the same game on a dedicated server with better players"

Garnett "What about the PS3 and Wii? Do you own either one of them?"

Socomseal "I own a Wii"

Garnett "You dont own a PS3? Do the games on that platform not interest you?"

Socomseal  "PS3 does not intrest me because it has the same titles as 360 and does not offer anything over the 360"

Question of the day is "Can you give me on reason why PC gaming is superior to console gaming"

Socomseals response is "Mods, dedicated servers, better players on the dedicated server, easier to stay  together with your firends, better graphics, ability to multi task like im doing now with x fire."

I can agree that he gave you his reasons. Yes.

As far as the reasons being the definition to whether or not PC is superior than Console gaming, there can not be any agreement because there is no such thing.

PC gaming is not superior to console/handheld gaming, console/handheld gaming is not superior to PC gaming.

I like to have the best of both worlds. PC is still superior in two specific genres I love (RTS, p&c) and one genre I'm not interested in (MMO), console/handheld gaming is superior or at least on par in most other genres.

I pretty much agree with his reasons.  The main thing I like about consoles is I'm usually more open to trying other things.  I guess that is because when I look at PC games it is always competing against WoW, TF2, StarCraft, etc. while console games usually just face my backlog.

As you can see i have all the consoles, i like em all. To me its obvious pc is superior tho. Simple as that realy lol.
