My 2 nex-gen systems: PS3 and Wii

Prediction Aug '08: We see the PSP2 released fall '09. Graphically, it's basically the same as the current system. UMD drive ditched and replaced by 4-8gb on board flash memory. Other upgrades: 2nd analog nub, touchscreen, blutooth, motion sensor. Design: Flip-style or slider. Size: Think Iphone. Cost: $199. Will be profitable on day 1.

Square Enix won't port Final Fantasy XIII....it will just NEVER happen. Don't worry about it.

Final Fantasy and MGS are different games.

Games like Metal Gear Solid sell better in the West and FF in the east.

Doesn't mean ofcourst that is a reason to not port it to X360 but I would doubt that.

Pitty Konami doesn't feel the same about Silent Hill 5. I really wonder how many more Konami titles we'll ever see that are PS3 exclusive.

Wow it's almost as if you yourself work for Square >.> 

I'm not saying it will happen don't get me wrong, but "NEVER happen" is not exactly something you can say as if you know it as fact.

I don't know if they REALLY want to stop making the MGS gamea after 20 years. But, they COULD make a spin-off series.

But from what I've read from interviews with Ryan Payton, and Kojima himself, is that this is indeed the end of Solid's story. No tricks or suprises, just resolution.

Yeah they say that now, but when MGS4 becomes an incredible hit, they'll change their minds pretty quickly... Greed can change everything. 

 


Exactly.  "Greed can change everything."  Can it also change whether you decide to release on multi-console or not perhaps?  Companies like to say one thing "now" and another thing later.  Just pointing this out, not making claims or anything
