Finally I decided to bring it to Sony to repair as I cannot 100% sure whether the problem is from the lens and don't know what part I should buy from eBay.
As I live in Hong Kong, they are very efficient that I brought it for repair on Wed, I can get it back in the evening on Sat! And the problem is the lens becomes dim after playing for some time and needs to be replaced. The total cost is around US$122 and the lens has 90 days warranty. I think it is not bad as they also checked my PS3 throughly.
