God of War 3 is going to be great no doubt, but it's greatest opposition is going to be over hype. Hype can easily hurt games from failed expectations that gamers have been expecting.

Megaman is Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo leader (actually, we're the only ones that accept him).

And GoW3 is definitely a contender for GoTY 2010.

GoW3 sure is a contender but I don't think it will end up being it.

It will be against Final Fantasy XIII, Gran Turismo 5, Mass Effect 2, Halo Reach, Fable III and a lot lot more.

 

 

And Dante's Inferno looks better than GoW3 so far

GOW3 has its hands full battling the onslaught of software in 2010. Hell DAntes inferno and Bayonetta will be a yardstick that GOW3 will have to compete with only in the action hack and slash department...

why not? uncharted 2 has that potential, and it's 2 =P

GoW3 will never be GotY 2010...but GT5 for sure...and 2011 FF Versus XIII or Agent!
