Today at the PlayStation Store, Sony secretly revealed the latest addition to their store. The new section in the PlayStation Store is called “Rockstar Store”.

This section has everything that is related to Rockstar that is on any of the Sony consoles. You can download games for the PSP Go and get the latest trailers etc. The background of the store is a gradient white to gold yellow(It looks like the Rockstar logo minus the white).

The current list of content is:

Beaterator
Grand Theft Auto IV
Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars
Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories
Manhunt 2
Midnight Club: Los Angeles
Midnight Club L.A. Remix
Midnight club 3: DUB Edition
Red Dead Redemption
The Warriors

Lets hope that new companies will jump in and decided to make their own stores as well. It just makes browsing games for your favorite company a lot easier.

My thoughts, this pretty much confirms the rumor of Rockstar bringing Vice City and San Andrea's and GTA III downloadable on psn exclusively. Looks like Rockstar and Sony are really teaming up.

To clarify since I'm about to close my browser (Left4Dead time!), those (and Midnight Club 3 on a second look) are ps2 titles. Since when does Sony sell ps2 titles on the store?

They're the PSP versions.

I don't think this confirms much, Capcom has had their own store on PSN for a while and nothing major has happened.
