I know how you feel man.

Well for me it took about 20 minutes to cancel my XBL account. I had to wait like 5 mins to talk to a real person. The person was from another country and I couldn't understand what he was saying. Then it took like 10 mins of talking to the person trying to get my account canceled but his goal was to keep me from canceling. He offered me a free month of XBL and he told me to send my 360 back in for repairs but I told him what I wanted and it's like he wasn't listening to a word I was saying. Then he told me the 360 was the best home console with the best media and that I will me missing out. He really pissed me off when he said that so I told him I have a PS3 and PC for my media. I could tell he was mad but he directed me to someone else to confirm my cancelation which took like 5 mins also. It shouldn't take that long to cancel a damn account. MS really hates when people cancel they accounts.
