Borderlands is best game of the year for me thus far...

Dragon age is not a shooter...and good luck if you expect COD MW2 to have the freedom that borderlands gives you. MW2 is going to be a cinematic single player experience, but for people who just want raw gameplay, it won't be on the same level as borderlands.

what an absolutly pathetic reason to give a lower score. this will certainly be fixed, the game is the same so should get same score.

Games should be reviewed as they are released. Only the stuff on the disc should be reviewed. No patches or DLC.

Agreed,  and I dont think they should go back and fix the review score either.  But I do believe they should at least go back in afterward and note that the issue has been fixed via a downloadable patch.
