if you check other generations you won 't see such a debate in sales

both consoles has proved that they can surpass each other

this battle will stay in history books

why ?

two HD consoles competing each other

the battle of exclusives this gen ,nothing isn 't sure about exclusives like last gen (ps2 had uncountable exclusives)

but this is not the same now for example(with ps3 now outselling 360 will make game developers to move 360 games to ps3 for the profit or the reason FF13 WENT MULTI it was the profit since ps3 had been losing in america where is a powerful market )

so game developers this gen change mind every month since  

 ps3 outsells 360 holidays 2007

360 outsells ps3 in holidays 2008

ps3 outsells 360 in holidays 2009(prediction)

well xbox 360 will gain ground in japan for the next system named xbox (little fanbase,but still enough to have a good launch)

Believe me..we know this battle is never ending..it rears its head in every thread it can..which is all of them

SNES vs Genesis. Xbox vs GameCube (more so than the other one, or than this one. 2 million separated them at the end)

Also the fact that Wii has more exclusives than both of the others put together

good thing i can count in one hand all the exclusives i find ineresting for the wii while i need both my hands for the exclusives i am interested in for the xbox360 and again both my hands for the ps3

in the the end its how satisfied you were as a consumer that matters in the end

i doubt it, the moment a ps4 or nintendo console exist microsoft done.

the only way i see microsoft picking up in japan would be having 100% exclusives, GT, MSG, FF, DQ, KH exclusive in japan

all game would sell lower than they would have on playstation or nintendo consoles
