Who here works out? And how do you stay motivated? I need pointers!
Every time I start, I'll keep a routine up for 2, 3 weeks and then get bored of it and ultimately stop. Tips please

lol I'm on the cross country team, and they give people who quit a hard time :P
In your case, there are lots of clubs and organizations that promote fitness. You could join one and have other people motivate you for you.
How about the fact that you'll be in good health for a long time? Isn't that good enough? I know that's why I do it and only eat good stuff.

Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

True, but there's a difference between knowing what's good for you and actually going through with doing something about it.

I used to work out occasionally, but with other things going on in your life it is hard to stay motivated, though I find it best to have a workout buddy. You could also set up a routine and set goals. If you are just working out for the hell of it then you might not care if you stop, but if you have a goal then you might be motivated to reach it.
Well, my motivation is wanting to become a ninja.
What I do to make the workouts less boring is change it up often.
I also may scrap my workouts and do random workouts...
I work out all day. Want me to write down some of my training?
